How to Send Support Logs to Pixby

If you are having problems with PhotoPrep such as slow performance one thing you can do is send PhotoPrep support logs to Pixby.

These logs contain information about what PhotoPrep is doing 'under the hood' while you use it. Sometimes they can give us some clues into what might be causing the problems you experience.

To send the log do the following:
  1. Start up PhotoPrep
  2. Click on the menu icon (the gear icon in the top right)
  3. Pick Settings...
  4. Click the Upload Log button. This gets the current log and uploads it to our site.
  5. Note the Log id and email Pixby Support support@pixby.com with the first group of digits in this number. It looks something like 2432EB00-1111-, etc. Just send the first group, so we know which log to look for.
